Years ago, when my grandfather was ready to be discharged from the hospital after a fall, we didn’t know where to turn. We didn’t know where he was going to go. I remember thinking at that time, “Somebody knows these answers for us.” I want to be that person for my clients.
I think what’s unique about my practice is the fact that I like to walk through every step with my clients, whether it’s meeting in their home, or in a nursing home, or at an assisted living, I want to walk through every single step with them and make sure that they understand exactly what it is that we’re going to accomplish for them.
I think it can be intimidating when you have to go see a lawyer and what my clients have told me is that once they’ve met me and they start working with me, they’re so comfortable and they’re so grateful for my personal approach and walking them through.
